IN Compass Health Announces Jennifer Cobar

IN Compass Health is pleased to announce that Jennifer Cobar, MBA, MSN has joined the ICH Team as Director of Operations in support of the company’s growing base of hospitalist and emergency medicine services.
Jennifer has an extensive clinical background and medical management experience and most recently has managed the clinical operations for the Heart and Vascular Service Lines for ChristianaCare Health System. She also was the Director of Transformation & Valued Based Programs at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. Jennifer has served as a cardiovascular nurse in numerous hospitals including Lenox Hill and Mount Sinai Hospitals. With her expertise in cardiovascular care, she has managed protocol development and compliance for clinical research and medical device support at numerous companies.
Jennifer received her bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) degree from Nazareth College and went on to earn a master of nursing (MSN), master of business administration (MBA), and management degree in healthcare administration from Wilmington University.
